Inside the workflow

Residents & communication, with the context intact.

  • Maintain unit and resident records
  • Manage owner, co-owner, family and rental relationships
  • Preserve relationship history and reviewed documents
  • Share society notices and audience-limited polls

How the work moves

Clear stages. A traceable record.

  1. 01

    Organise

Prepare units and resident records, then review who belongs to each household.

  2. 02

    Invite

Use the invitation and approval workflow for access appropriate to the relationship.

  3. 03

    Inform

Publish notices and use polls for community input. Informal polls are not binding AGM elections.

For committee members

Keep a history when ownership or occupancy changes.

For residents

Read society updates and access the records available to your role.

Before you decide

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can owners and tenants have different access?

Yes. Relationship and permission controls distinguish owners, family members and rental occupants. Society configuration and required approvals determine access.

Are notices automatically sent by WhatsApp or SMS?

No verified external messaging service is promised here. In-app notice and notification workflows exist; external channels require separate configuration and acceptance.
