Inside the workflow

Complaints & operations, with the context intact.

  • Raise complaints and follow status updates
  • Keep public comments separate from internal staff notes
  • Assign work and track staff or vendor activity
  • Review inventory movements and facility availability

Before you decide

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can we book society facilities?

Availability, closures and free booking workflows exist. Paid booking, refunds and broader approval flows are not yet complete.

Does recording an expense pay a vendor?

No. Expense and bank-evidence records do not initiate bank transfers. Independent accounting approval remains separate from task completion.
